    Tara Gettins

    As founder of ANu You, Tara has seen first hand the devastating outcomes of chronic illness. She is an exceptional advocate for her patients as she has once been in their shoes. At the age of 30 she was morbidly obese and knocking on the door of cardiovascular disease after being diagnosed with metabolic disease. She was in chronic pain and fatigued on a daily basis. Everyone’s solution was for her to lose weight, but it was nearly impossible. At that point she decided to take her health and wellness into her own hands to prevent any further problems. Through research and seminars she was able to learn about metabolic, inflammatory and hormonal disorders that occur in our bodies that put us at high risk for developing these symptoms and comorbidities. After understanding inflammatory processes and hormonal abnormalities going on in her body she was able to set a plan in place and she was able decrease inflammation, balance her hormones and to lose more than 125lbs the natural way. By doing this she was able to come off her blood pressure medication and has reversed the diagnoses of metabolic disease.

    Her passion for anti-aging and aesthetics originated from first hand experience with aesthetics. After feeling better she wanted to look better as well and feels her patients should also be provided that service as well.

She has over 14 years of nursing experience with a background in nephrology and critical care. She is compassionate and committed to quality patient care.

    Everyone must go to tara outstanding results knew exactly what I was looking for natural changes she did the first prp microneedling did not feel a thing 24 hours later everything was already looking better. It has been week now I see forehead lines very light sides of nose line lighted dark circles alot better I still have two more times so I can not wait for the next round. I also had botox put in my lip so I could actually have a small lip. Give tara a call you will not regret it.

    Tara was AMAZING. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the product, answers all your questions/concerns, and has a gentle technique, she is the girl your looking for. I have been other places and have felt rushed. She takes her time, and makes sure you know treatment aftercare. Hands down, TARA IS THE BEST! I will be back

    I have been treating with Tara for a little over two months. I have tried multiple services that she offers. She is always on time for my appointments and very knowledgeable about that products and services she offers. It is very comforting as a patient to be able to understand the medical world and Tara goes above and beyond to make sure I do. I would give her 10 stars if it was an option and I refer her every chance I get.

    Tara was great! She is so personable and made me feel comfortable discussing weight loss options. She answered my questions and did amazing with my Botox for the first time!
